Hollis Packaging Services is a commercial print and carton trade finisher based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.  Its latest investment was purchased to provide additional carton gluing capacity. Having surveyed the market, Hollis Packaging Services chose a BRAUSSE TA 1100-C3. Offering both straight-line and crash-lock folding and gluing, the TA 1100-C3 handles carton board up to 800gsm and corrugated to A Flute.  The line delivers great versatility in the range of carton designs it can process, and Hollis felt that the technical specifics of the machine were superior to other folder-gluers in its class.  Vince Moore Managing Partner said, “We particularly liked the longer length of the folding section and the feeder blank aligner, which is helpful for accurate folding of plastics.  Overall it is very good value for money, offering us and excellent product at the right price.  We also get very good service from BRAUSSE UK.  They provided all the information we needed and the gluer was available with a very short lead time.
