ipack solutions have been proud to partner Impack Packaging in the UK and Ireland markets since 2010 and Scandinavia, The Netherlands and Belgium since 2023

Established in 2001, Saint-Jaques QC, Canada based Impack Packaging specialises in the design of standard and customised packing and feeding equipment for folding carton and corrugated folding and gluing machines.

With over 50 systems installed in the UK and Ireland markets, with some customers having 3 or 4 systems installed, the Impack range of packing systems are the default choice for folding carton and corrugated packaging manufacturers.

Designed with the operator in mind, set-ups are simple and easy with minimal training required.

Flexibility

The universal packers of the Ergosa™ family brings the best of both worlds. With the Ergosa™ packers you get the flexibility of a semi-automatic packer and the performances of an automatic packer. They also allow access the the individual boxes for quality control and checks required in today’s market. Boxes are slided into the case without any lifting reducing operator stress and RSI. The Ergosa can be installed on any make of folder-gluer.

In addition to their manufacturing facility, IMPACK has a complete R&D, testing and demonstration centre with folder-gluer lines. The Virtuo™ series of automatic packers are known for their simple design, small footprint and lowest cost on the market in this category. With it’s variety of available options and configurations, the Virtuo™ can pack many sizes, from medium up to very large paperboard and microflute boxes. Various styles of straightline, 4/6 corners and crashlock boxes can be packed in one level and one row with a speed of up to 8 cases per minute.
